Raider Hill is seeking a full-time entry-level Marketing Intern to create and manage property-level marketing collateral for the Toys “R” Us Propco I portfolio which is comprised of 279 properties totaling 14.3 million square feet across 46 states. The Marketing Intern will work alongside the leasing and asset management teams in Raider Hill’s NYC office. 


  • Managing and preparing internal and external meeting materials

  • Preparing leasing and property marketing flyers

  • Managing the company’s website and property listings

  • Coordinating all marketing efforts

  • Preforming administrative duties as requested

  • Performing ad hoc market research as requested


  • Recent college graduate with a strong interest in retail real estate

  • Marketing degree and/or prior experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively individually and on teams

  • Extraordinary attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Basic project management, editing, and writing skills required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Work Conditions:

  • Nature of work requires ability to organize, communicate and exchange information as well as collect, compile, and prepare work documents while operating standard business office equipment

  • Work is performed in a general office environment

  • May require extended hours during peak periods

  • Travel may be required
