Joseph M. Tichar is Co-Founder, President & COO of Raider Hill. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm’s advisory, management, investment, and market research services, and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.

Managing Director & Executive Vice President
Bryan P. Zabell is Managing Director & Executive Vice President at Raider Hill responsible for leasing, dispositions, and construction as well as managing retailer relationships. Mr. Zabell is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
MITCH BOUCHER, CFA
Vice President of Investments
Mitch Boucher is Vice President of Investments at Raider Hill. Mr. Boucher joined Raider Hill in 2015 and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s advisory services, with a specific focus on financial analysis, evaluating entity and asset level investments, deal structuring, and reviewing counterparty credit risk. Mr. Boucher manages Raider Hill’s analyst team responsible for underwriting acquisitions, managing dispositions, actively tracking the retail and tenant landscape, and assisting in the asset management of acquired properties. Mr. Boucher also chairs the firm’s Investment Committee.

Elan Sippel-Feldman is Vice President of Development at Raider Hill with over 9 years of retail real estate experience in the public REIT sector. Mr. Sippel-Feldman’s primary responsibilities include the management and execution of redevelopment, asset repositioning, and value-add opportunities across the company’s various portfolios.
Christian M. Melgard
Vice President of Leasing
Christian M. Melgard is Vice President of Leasing at Raider Hill with nearly 15 years of industry experience and extensive retailer relationships in both the open air and enclosed mall sectors. He has managed large scale redevelopments and asset repositioning projects across multiple retail asset classes throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Mr. Melgard is a senior member of the leasing team responsible for value creation initiatives for all properties in the Eastern U.S.
Patrick J. Brady
Vice President of Leasing
Patrick J. Brady is Vice President of Leasing at Raider Hill with approximately 15 years of retail real estate experience, mostly within the public REIT sector. He has experience in leasing and merchandising open-air shopping centers and enclosed regional malls throughout the U.S. Mr. Brady is responsible for executing all value creation initiatives in the Western U.S.
Joshua L. Bruff
Vice President of Asset Management
Joshua L. Bruff is Vice President of Asset Management at Raider Hill. Mr. Bruff has nearly 15 years of industry experience in managing super regional malls, open air shopping centers and office buildings. He has overseen several multimillion-dollar redevelopment and capital improvement projects throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Mr. Bruff leads Raider Hill’s asset management efforts and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Scott A. Forman
Vice President of Construction
Scott A. Forman is Vice President of Construction at Raider Hill overseeing all redevelopment and construction management activities. Currently, Mr. Forman leads Raider Hill’s redevelopment and construction management efforts with over 25 years of real estate development experience in retail, residential and mixed-use formats.

Scott Montgomery is Director of Construction at Raider Hill. Mr. Montgomery’s specific focus is on preconstruction, estimating, redevelopment, and project management for the various portfolios Raider Hill manages. Mr. Montgomery has more than 15 years of industry experience spanning all sectors of general building, project development, and construction.

John Dunion is Director of Investment Management at Raider Hill. Mr. Dunion joined Raider Hill in 2016 and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s advisory services with a specific focus on market research as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Mr. Dunion is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
David Reed is an Investments Associate at Raider Hill and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s advisory services including underwriting potential acquisition opportunities and assisting in the evaluation of multiple national real estate portfolios.

Danny Copeland is a Leasing Associate at Raider Hill. Previously, he was an Analyst with Raider Hill with a specific focus on market research and underwriting acquisition opportunities for Raider Hill’s capital partners.
Jordi Dalmau is a Leasing Associate at Raider Hill responsible for various properties in the Eastern U.S. Previously, he was a Shopping Center Management Associate at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) where he supported multiple departments outside of Center Management such as Leasing, Marketing, and Events at the newly re-developed Westfield Century City.
Haosai Wang is an Analyst at Raider Hill and is involved in all aspects of the firm’s advisory services with a specific focus on leasing and redevelopment as well as market research.
