Brianna Brockhaus
Brianna Brockhaus is a Finance Analyst at Raider Hill and is involved in many aspects of the firm’s advisory services with a focus on financial reporting, accounting, budgeting and property management. Additionally, Ms. Brockhaus supports the investments, leasing, development, construction and executive management teams.
Prior to joining Raider Hill, she was a Property Tax Consultant at Ryan LLC, a global tax services, software and technology firm, where she worked to reduce property tax liabilities for commercial real estate owners, assisted with client due diligence tax analyses, and negotiated with governmental authorities to assess fair market value of real property.
Ms. Brockhaus received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of ICSC.
