Scott Montgomery
Scott Montgomery is Senior Director of Construction at Raider Hill. He leads all aspects of preconstruction, construction, and tenant coordination activities.
Mr. Montgomery has more than 15 years of industry experience spanning all sectors and at all stages of project development and construction. Prior to joining Raider Hill, Mr. Montgomery was Senior Manager of Estimating at SITE Centers Corp (NYSE: SITC) where he was responsible for overseeing project estimates, proformas, and value engineering for new development and redevelopment projects. Previously, Mr. Montgomery worked in commercial general contracting where he performed estimating and project management functions with a focus on executing retail, healthcare, education, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
Mr. Montgomery earned a BS in Construction Engineering from the University of Akron. He is a member of ICSC, and is based in the company’s Beachwood, OH office.
